I am the new Young People's Information & Advocacy Worker for SNIP. I graduated from Loughborough University in July 2007 with a BA (Hons) in Politics and Social Policy.
Before this I attended a specialist boarding school in Hampshire where I spent seven years, competing in national events in athletics and other disabled sports.
I have a wide experience of issues concerning disability rights, being a young disabled person myself and also having a brother with a disability. In addition I have had work experience with other organisations in the voluntary sector, such as Capability Scotland and Playback, which have given me a keen interest in disability advocacy.
My personal interests include current affairs, travelling, the theatre and film.
